Continue with weekly small group sessions with up to four students, guided by your expert Cluey tutor.

Why learn with us?

Small group tutoring that's effective and fun

Small group sessions are all focused on the syllabus and improving academic performance. Students are encouraged to discover and engage with a range of perspectives and ideas. They learn different techniques from their peers and get the opportunity to demonstrate their own approach. It helps students develop a sense of academic rigour and become self-directed independent learners. Not only is peer-to-peer tutoring highly effective, it makes learning fun.

Learning courses designed by specialists

Our learning courses are designed by Australian Curriculum specialists. Each concept we cover builds on the next and provides the skills for ongoing academic achievement. Every course includes all the content your child needs to progress, plus practice questions for them to complete independently between sessions.

Expert quality tutors

Each Cluey tutor we employ is hand-picked and supported with best-practice training to provide you with consistent, high-quality teaching. They include top ATAR achievers and experienced teachers who really know how to help your child learn and thrive.

Learn online from the convenience of your home

These are the sessions you have with your tutor on our online platform. You, your group and your tutor can see and hear each other using real-time video and audio, and work through your learning course together using a virtual whiteboard.

You should allow between 1.5 – 2 hours each week which would cover the learning / tutoring sessions and individual practice activities.

The next learning course intake for both primary level Mathematics and English starts the week of October 14, 2019. Small group sessions have fixed start times each week that range between 5:00pm and 7:00pm AEDT, Monday to Thursday, and 3:00pm and 4:30pm AEDT Saturdays. When booking a learning course, we’ll work with you to find a day and time that suits your schedule.

Since your small group sessions are scheduled weekly at a fixed time, we’re unable to reschedule your session if you miss it. You’ll still have access to the session report (summary) and your next set of practice activities (your practice activities will be automatically available even if you can’t make the session). A recording of the session will be available on request (by contacting the Customer Care team), which will allow you to review what was covered.

We accept VISA or Mastercard debit or credit card payments.

Payment for your 9 week learning course is taken over three instalments:

  • The first payment is taken when you enrol and covers your first week.
  • The second instalment is taken 24 hours after your first session and covers the next four weeks.
  • The third instalment is taken on November 4 and covers the final four weeks.

All our tutors are good, and we review every group learning session to ensure a high quality learning experience for all students.
