Yes. You can cancel your session by:

• Logging into your Cluey Hub and sending us a request via the ‘Contact Us’ button
• Contacting our Customer Care team on 02 8311 3964. They’re available Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 6pm.

You’ll be able to cancel or reschedule your session free of charge if you do so at least 48 hours before it starts. Any session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full charge as outlined on our Service Fees page.
