NSW University Student (Psychological Science)

Shriya completed her Higher School Certificate in 2019, continuing on to commence her Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of New South Wales. During her time at school, she completed some volunteer work with Primary students, helping with their Literacy skills. She has experience with Primary and High School students, improving their English vocabulary. Shriya is an outgoing Tutor who enjoys her work as a UNSW Ambassador helping Lower Secondary students to pursue further education after high school and is confident teaching English concepts and skills such as analysing poetry and learning about persuasive devices.

Robyn is a qualified Teacher, holding her Diploma of Teaching and over 25 years of teaching experience across multiple grades and subjects. She is dedicated to providing students with appropriate learning activities and adventures designed to fulfil their potential for emotional, intellectual, social and physical growth. Robyn endeavours to stimulate students to develop skills to function successfully in life.

VIC University Student (Masters of Teaching (Primary))

Beth tutors part time while completing a Master of Primary Education in VIC. She is a skilled literacy and numeracy teacher and works well with anxious or shy students.

Wayne has been teaching in secondary schools for 20 years and has a passion for both Mathematics and Physical Education/Sport which are the two subjects he teaches. NSW University Student (Advanced Mathematics (Honours) and Computer Science)

Stanley graduated High School in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 98.90 going on to study his Bachelor of Computer Science and Advanced Mathematics (Honours). Between 2020 and 2021 he worked as a Mathematics Tutor. Stanley enjoys working with a wide array of students with different learning styles and finds great pleasure in being able to explain concepts to students and seeing them understand and explain it back.

Giuseppe

Giuseppe is a qualified, accredited Teacher, having completing their Bachelor of Arts/Teaching, majoring in Mathematics in 2019. He is now studying his Master of Mathematics Education at The University of Notre Dame Australia. Giuseppe believes that all students regardless of ability can achieve success in education. He aims to share his passion for Mathematics to students to promote the idea that everyone can do well in Mathematics. His teaching strategies include a range of flexible and differentiated lessons that focus on student strengths, interests and goals. Giuseppe is always looking for new, authentic and real-life practical ways to teach Mathematics to accentuate its purpose and foster interest in his students necessary for academic success.

Soufia

SA University Student (Medicine)

Soufia graduated High School in 2018 with an ATAR of 99.95, going on to study Medicine at Flinders University. Since the beginning of 2019 she has been a Maths Tutor with a tuition company, plus has privately tutored Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics for all year levels for 3 years. Soufia's strengths lie in being able to help her students to understand concepts in detail, along with a balanced student-teacher relationship to help students to realise their full potential.

Rijul completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 93.70 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Bachelor of Science at University of New South Wales. Rijul enjoys breaking down concepts to their simplest forms so students can better understand and retain the knowledge.

Mariela is a qualified, accredited Teacher, holding a Graduate Diploma of Learning and Teaching (Secondary). As part of her university studies she completed Practicums with Secondary students in Science, Biology and Chemistry. Between 2016 and 2021 she worked as a Learning Support Specialist. Mariela has experience working with a diverse range of students, assisting the facilitation of supported learning for special needs learning students and exploring a holistic approach to her student's wellbeing.

SA Teacher

Ian is a retired Chemistry Teacher with 40 years of teaching experience, with a focus on the South Australian Certificate of Education years 11 and 12 Chemistry. He has tutored with the Adelaide Education Group during school holidays and has written content material for all South Australian senior Chemistry courses. He brings confidence and a wealth of knowledge and experience to his students.

Andrew is a qualified Secondary Teacher with experience working with students of different learning styles and abilities. He is able to engage with his students so that he can provide an individualised approach that enhances the students ability to comprehend complex ideas and make learning fun.

Joshua has been working as a private Mathematics Tutor since 2008, with students in Prep to Year 10. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology) and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science (Medicinal Chemistry) with First Class Honours. Joshua is also a Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Monash University. Joshua provides a positive and engaging learning environment for his students.

Mark is an experienced school Teacher and lecturer in education with many years teaching pre-service teachers to teach Maths and Science. He has taught in High Schools in Australia and the UK, lectured and tutored Mathematics in universities also. Mark has a PhD in Mathematics. Edward has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and is now studying his PhD in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Science at Monash University. He has experience tutoring Secondary school students Mathematics and Chemistry, and has a keen interest in the Sciences which he hopes to share with his students. Edward encourages his students to ask questions so they can better understand all aspects of a topic.
