Linden

QLD University Student (Master of Teaching (Primary))

Linden completed his Graduate Certificate of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages in 2017 at Griffith University, going on to commence his Masters of Teaching (Primary). He has completed 1 Practicum with year 2 in Mathematics and English. Linden enjoys learning about other cultures and languages, watching Japanese animations and playing video games which he uses to help engage his students by incorporating these interests into their studies.

WA Teacher

Tania is a qualified Teacher, holding a Bachelor of Arts, specialising in Primary Education, a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education. In addition to her teaching experience, she has extensive experience as a Tutor, working with students with additional learning needs including learning difficulties, special needs and chronic/serious illness. Tania is a dedicated Tutor who has worked with students from diverse linguistic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and has developed a range of flexible teaching strategies to address the varying needs of all her students.

Mehran is passionate about all areas of Science and Mathematics and enjoys helping his students broaden their knowledge by breaking topics down into easily digestible concepts using analogy, visual imagery and everyday examples.

Mohammad has experience as a mentor for younger students. He believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Brendon

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Computer Science / Bachelor of Media Arts)

Brendon completed his Higher School Certificate in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 98.80, going on to commence his Bachelor of Computer Science/Media Arts. He has experience as a formal face-to-face Tutor primarily in English. During his time in High School he also organised mentoring sessions for his peers to expand their knowledge and skills in preparation for their Higher School Certificate, mostly in Chemistry and Physics. Brendon hopes to share his knowledge to help others achieve the same success he has had.

Sadia is in her final year of her Bachelor of Science with a major in Biomedical Science at the University of Technology Sydney. Hasina

VIC Teacher

Hasina completed her Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) in 2001, Postgraduate Diploma in Education in 2001 and her Certificate III in Education Support in 2018, going to commence her Masters of Learning Intervention (Deaf Education) at the University of Melbourne. She has experience teaching Victorian Certificate of Education Chemistry and International Baccalaureate Diploma Chemistry. Hasina is an enthusiastic and experienced Tutor who can adopt and employ a range of strategies to suit the diverse learning needs of students.

Waqas

Waqas has completed his PhD in Chemical Engineering through The University of Queensland and has tutored at a university level. Waqas is passionate about developing students' skills as they work towards acquiring educational independence. He believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where students engage in discussions and work together to problem solve. Waqas feels that all students can reach their potential and is always ready to teach and learn from his students.

Ali

Ali completed a Master of Science and then a PhD in 2020. He has vast experience tutoring Chemistry. Ali enjoys working with a wide array of students with different learning styles and finds great pleasure in being able to explain concepts to students and seeing them understand and explain it back.

Affia

SA University Student (Bachelor Of Medical Science / Masters of Optometry)

Affia is currently studying Medical Science and Optometry at Flinders University in South Australia. She achieved an outstanding ATAR of 99.45 in high school and currently tutors year 9-11 Chemistry, and years 2-12 Mathematics including NAPLAN and Methods. She is a kind, patient, and highly experienced tutor with hundreds of completed tutoring sessions, and is very familiar with current curriculum.

Ashan completed his Bachelor of Science - majoring in Analytical Chemistry at Curtin University in 2017. Ashan has a passion for the Sciences and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work. He finds great pleasure in being able to explain concepts to students and seeing them understand and explain it back.

Connie completed the HSC with a very high ATAR of 99.1 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Science with the hopes of becoming a doctor in the future. She has over three years tutoring experience and helps her students maximise their academic performance. Connie currently tutors Math and Chemistry to Senior Secondary students.
