WA University Student (Bachelor of Arts)

Courtney is currently studying her Bachelor of Arts/Japanese and International Relations at Macquarie University. For the last 4 years Courtney has been tutoring Mathematics for years 4-6 at her local High School and has also been working as a private Tutor since 2019. Courtney believes that well-developed behaviour management skills ensure that her students are working to the best of their ability.

Shirin

VIC Teacher

Shirin is a qualified Primary School Teacher, having completed her Graduate Diploma of Teaching and Learning in 2013. She started off as a Casual Relief Teacher across all Primary years, then went on to classroom teaching with a Year 1 and 2 class for 3 years before returning to casual teaching in 2020. She has experience across a lot of different schools as well as experience with special needs students. Shirin brings great patience to her students and realises that some students require more support than others.

Natasha

Natasha is currently studying her Bachelor of Education and works as a Classroom Teacher and Casual Educator. She has previous experience as a Teacher's Aide, has experience with students with special learning needs and English as a Second Language. She is skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via interactive instructions and observation. She applies various methods of teaching to help all of her students thrive.

Jayraj

Jayraj has more than 25 years' experience as a Secondary Maths Teacher overseas, as well as 5 years of tutoring on top of that. Jayraj has also had several Mathematics text books published for primary and lower secondary years. Jayraj exhibits a calm and collected approach to his sessions. He encourages students to explore mathematical concepts at their own pace, while providing guidance to help better understand. Jayraj taught English for more than three decades, primarily at junior levels and teaches students at senior levels how to structure and write essays to critically discuss assertions.

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours))

Laura is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics degree. She has tutoring experience in a variety of schooling and university levels. She is passionate about helping students excel and find confidence in subjects they may be struggling with.

Viraj

NSW University Student (Advanced Physics and Mechanical Engineering)

Viraj is currently studying his Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Advanced Science in Physics at The University of New South Wales. Between 2017 and 2019 he did private tutoring with students in years 9-12, mainly in the subject of Mathematics. Viraj believes this experience has helped him to gain responsibility and leadership, guiding students through school work in order for them to achieve excellent results.

Josh is currently studying his Masters of Teaching (Secondary) at Charles Sturt University after completing a Bachelor of Science, (Chemistry, Honours). He has a strong background in HSC Physics and completed 18 months of Mechanical Engineering and is proud to be able to share his passion through the medium of teaching.

Bradley graduated in 2018 with an ATAR of 99.2 and is currently studying a Doctor of Medicine. He has experience tutoring students in Maths and is passionate about helping students to develop key numeracy skills as they work towards acquiring educational independence. Bradley believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment and feels that all students can reach their potential.

Larissa

Larissa has completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 92.10. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the Griffith University. Larrissa loves helping others to gain the same passion for learning through individualising their approach towards it. She has an enthusiastic personality and is highly committed to helping her students achieve their goals.

Oshadhi has completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Deakin University and is currently studying a Masters of Secondary Education majoring in Biology and Chemistry. Oshadhi has previous experience tutoring Chemistry to students face to face, and has gained classroom experience through her degree. Oshadhi is passionate about science and enjoys helping her students reach their potential.

Shahidah

Shahidah commenced her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts with majors in Biochemistry and Sociology and minors in Anatomy and Physiology and Human Rights in 2017 at Monash University. Since 2019 she has been a peer mentor to current Victorian Certificate of Education students. She also has 4 years of private tutoring experience, both online and face to face with students in Primary Mathematics, Science and English and Secondary Biology, Chemistry and Health and Human Development. Shahidah coaches her students through challenging materials with positive reinforcement and encouragement. She is highly passionate in working with children and inspiring them to their full potential.

Daniel commenced his Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences in 2018 at the University of Queensland. He has tutored Biology & Statistics through his university course from 2019.
