Sharika completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2015 at Monash University, followed by completing her Master of Health Information Management in 2017 at La Trobe University. She often helps family and friends with their schoolwork and has been a Sunday School Teacher for the past 5 years, working with children between 4 and 13 years old. Sharika is warm, self-driven and strives to help students to accomplish their personal best. She is committed to providing a supportive and enriching learning experience.

Sharlene has completed her Bachelors in Early and Primary Education. She is passionate about helping students develop their key literacy and numeracy skills for life-long use, as they work towards acquiring educational independence. Sharlene believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Amy

VIC Teacher

Amy has been working as a fully qualified and registered Teacher for fifteen years. She has taught both Primary and Secondary aged students subjects such as English, Maths, Art, Film studies, Drama, P.E. and EAL (English as an additional language). She has worked as a Teacher in Victoria, Western Australia and in Northern Territory. Amy loves teaching students and being part of the learning process. She is very patient and understanding and can work with each student's individual learning style in order to assist them with their school work and help them improve their academic skills. She can help students gain confidence in their academic abilities and help them to become very competent at completing their school work as well as enjoying the learning process.

Tom is currently studying for a Masters of Teaching (Secondary) having completed a Bachelor of Mathematics at the Queensland University of Technology. He's an experienced tutor who enjoys building collaborative relationships with his student to help them achieve their goals.

Ashpreet is currently studying a Master of Teaching at the University of Melbourne and enjoys breaking down concepts to their simplest forms so students can better understand and retain the knowledge. QLD University Student (Bachelor of Advanced Science (Biomedical))

Kelli completed Secondary school with an ATAR of 98 and is currently a student at The University of Queensland completing a Bachelor of Advanced Science, with a major in Biomedical Science. She has a passion for learning and teaching. She currently tutors English to Years 7-12 and Mathematics Years 7-10.

Mandeep Kaur

VIC University Student (Masters of Teaching (Secondary))

Mandeep completed her Bachelor of Science in 2014 and Master of Physics in 2016 in India. In 2019 she commenced her Master of Teaching (Secondary) at Victorian University. She has had 2 placements as part of her university, during 2019 and 2020 and has been a volunteer Tutor at a local Secondary college. Mandeep enjoys helping her students understand the concepts so that they can get good marks, but also to help them to get engaged in Mathematics.

Shaine

NSW University Student (Chemical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering)

Shaine completed her Higher School Certificate in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 97.05, going on to study her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Master of Biomedical Engineering. During her time in High School, Shaine volunteered to tutor Year 7 students in Mathematics. Shaine aims to really listen to her students to understand where they need help the most and so their tutoring can be tailored to their specific learning needs.

Yash

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Commerce)

Yash completed his Victorian Certificate of Education in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 96.25, going on to commence his Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance at the University of Melbourne. He has tutoring experience with students in Years 9-12 in Mathematics and Accounting. Yash is an encouraging Tutor, who aims to connect with his students which he hopes will make them feel comfortable enough to ask for help.

Bianca

NSW University Student (Medicine)

Bianca is a Medicine student who has a passion for lifelong learning and enjoys engaging students to pursue their goals. She has worked as a Teaching Associate at UTS where she has experience cofacilitating online classes and creating educational content for students. Her background in both Science and Health allows her to focus on students' problem solving ability, calculations, reading comprehension and essay writing skills.

Dimple is a qualified Teacher. She has been tutoring Chemistry since 1997. Dimple's first aim as a tutor is to help her students achieve academic excellence and to teach them effective tools for future self-study and self-reliance.

Samuel also has experience as a Music Teacher. Samuel has a passion for the Sciences and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work.

Lucy

VIC University Student (Computational Biologist)

Lucy is currently studying Computational Biologist/Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne. She completed her Bachelor in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry in 2018. She has worked with students on the spectrum and with ADHD students to find alternative study and learning methods where conventional classroom teaching was not optimal for their learning. Rebecca is passionate about making a positive impact in her students' lives and sharing her enthusiasm.

She has taken part in a peer tutoring program being an After School Care and One on One Tutor to students in year 3 Mathematics and year 12 Chemistry and Mathematics Advanced. Kate is a friendly and passionate Tutor with a positive, outgoing personality which allows her to easily create a comfortable and friendly learning environment for her students.
