Getting to know her students' strengths, interests and learning styles has always been key when creating learning experiences for her students. She believes that her roles as an educator is primarily a facilitator and guide.

Gary is a qualified Teacher, holding his Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Primary/Secondary Physical Education). He's most recently been working as a Relief/Contract Teacher since 2018. Gary has a strong desire for each of his students to achieve their best. He has a great passion for learning and inspiring others and believes that learning is for everyone, that early discovery of the joy of learning can lead to a lifelong sense of appreciation and fulfilment.

Stephen

Stephen is a qualified Teacher with extensive experience in teaching students in a range of classroom settings. He is passionate about developing students' mathematical skills for life-long use as they work towards achieving their educational goals. Stephen believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment, where students collaborate in discussions and feels that, with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Jefin

VIC Teacher

Jefin is a Masters graduate in Science and Physics and also holds a Masters degree in teaching. Jefin has experience working with students in both literacy and numeracy and strongly believes in fostering a positive learning environment. Jefin is passionate about providing valuable skills for his students that they can use in the long-term and currently works as a casual relief teacher teaching Maths and Science.

James

VIC University Student (Doctor of Medicine)

James is a first year medical student at Monash University and received an ATAR of 96 along with being awarded a WACE Certificate of Merit. James is passionate about sharing his enthusiasm with his students and making a positive impact in their lives and inspiring them to become life-long learners.

Lily

ACT University Student (Bachelor of Science)

Lily is a student at The Australian National University, completing a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Mathematics. She has a passion for learning and teaching Mathematics, and helping her students meet their educational goals. Lily is very familiar with current curriculum, and tutors Secondary Maths.

Stephanie

VIC University Student (Master of Chemical Engineering)

Stephanie is currently completing a Masters of Chemical Engineering and has already achieved a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Systems. Throughout her studies, Stephanie has gained extensive knowledge in high level Calculus, Algebra and Chemistry which she has used to assist students in her time as a private Tutor. Stephanie always aims to make learning an enjoyable experience for her students and adapts her teaching methods to suit each individual.

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Biomedicine)

Steven completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 98.05. He is currently studying a Bachelor in Biomedicine at Monash University and has extensive experience tutoring Maths as a private Tutor. He has a passion for problem-solving and helping students work through problems critically, with a holistic methodology.

David is a qualified and registered Teacher having completed his Master of Teaching Secondary in Maths and Science from the University of Melbourne in 2019. During this degree he also completed the LANTITE Numeracy and Literacy Tests, and achieved well above average in his Numeracy test. David's background in Engineering reinforces his ability to break down complex mathematical concepts, and explain them to his students in their most simplest form. David understands that all students learn at a different pace and ensures his students feel comfortable with a topic before progressing.

Alexandra

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry and Cell Biology))

Alexandra is currently studying Biochemistry at the University of Wollongong. She has experience tutoring through working as a tutor in practical university classes for 2 years and has extensive knowledge through working in biological research for 6 years. Alexandra believes in fostering a positive and encouraging environment for her students to engage in collaborative discussions and reach their potential.

Thomas

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Education/Science)

Thomas commenced his Masters of Teaching (Secondary) and his Bachelor of Science (Teaching) in 2015 at Deakin University. He also holds a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) qualification. During his studies Thomas had placements as a pre-service teacher and TEFL. Thomas is a naturally patient tutor, and works hard to build positive and productive relationships with his students so they feel safe and motivated to try their best.

Robert

Robert completed his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne in 2016. He has over 10 years' experience teaching university-level laboratory classes, where he has taught students from a wide variety of backgrounds. Robert enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work.

Brayn

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Medical Science)

Bryan graduated in 2018 with an ATAR of 94.45 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Science. With prior experience as a tutor Bryan is passionate about developing a student's critical analysis, written and oral communication skills as they work towards acquiring educational independence. Bryan believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions and feels that all students can reach their potential

Joshua

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honours) / Bachelor of Medical Science)

Joshua completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 99.55 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Medical Science. Joshua also has previous experience tutoring. He focuses on conceptual understanding and encouraging questions to ensure that students feel confident in their learning and abilities so they can reach their potential.

Emmeline

Emmeline graduated High School with an ATAR equivalent of 98 and went on to complete her Bachelor of Applied Science (Optometry) at the Queensland University of Technology. She currently works as an Optometrist/Vision Therapist, developing and implementing learning plans for her patients. Emmeline loves working with her students helping them build their skills and confidence in learning.

Ashan

Ashan completed his Bachelor of Science - majoring in Analytical Chemistry at Curtin University in 2017. Ashan has a passion for the Sciences and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work. He finds great pleasure in being able to explain concepts to students and seeing them understand and explain it back.

Annica

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Education (Secondary))

Annica is currently completing a Bachelor of Science and Education (Secondary) at the University of NSW. She has experience as an Assistant Teacher in a university robotics program and as an academic Tutor in Math and Chemistry. Annica is patient, encouraging and helps build confidence in all her students.

Sourish

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics)

Sourish completed the International Baccalaureate with a score of 37/45, equivalent to an ATAR score of 95.45. He took part in a mentoring program for Primary school students for 9 months and carried out Year 12 tutoring for over a year in the subjects of Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. He plans to complete Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics. Sourish strives to deliver content in a personalised way to ensure maximum understanding in an interactive environment so that it aligns with students learning at school.
