Cherre completed her Higher School Certificate in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 94.35, going on to commence her Bachelor of Music (Musical Education) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She has been tutoring year 7 and 12 students in English and has previously tutored year 6 English and Mathematics. Cherre has a strong passion for teaching and aspires to help students improve and achieve the results they desire. She loves the idea of passing on her knowledge to the next generation of students in their relevant fields of study and can adapt her teaching strategies and approaches according to the needs of the student.

Lyndall completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 91.10 and is currently studying a Master of Teaching (Primary) at Curtin University of Technology. Lyndall enjoys making learning fun and building meaningful relationships with her students. Luke graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor in Education (Primary) at the Griffith University and is now an accredited Primary school Teacher. During his time as an educator he has worked with students with a variety of learning needs, including students who come from communities where ESL strategies are required. Luke believes in adapting to ever-changing teaching techniques to provide students with a unique learning experience.

Nicholas graduated high school in 2020 with an ATAR of 98.45, going on to commence his Commerce and Engineering (Hons) at The University of Sydney. Since 2019 he has been privately tutoring students in subjects including Chemistry and Mathematics Methods. Nicholas is eager to support all types of students. He aims to build confidence and skills in struggling learners and is skilled in applying effective teaching methods to inspire growth and achieve progress.

QLD University Student (Doctor of Medicine)

Emma completed her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biomedical Science in 2020 and is currently studying her Doctor of Medicine. Since 2018 she has been tutoring Secondary School students, predominately in Mathematics, English and Science, both individual one-on-one tutoring with some group sessions. Emma is a confident, enthusiastic, motivated Tutor with excellent communication skills.

Brenton

Brenton is currently studying his Bachelor of Science with a Mathematics and Statistics major at the University of Southern Queensland. He has some experience as a Peer tutor with fellow High School and university students. Brenton explains various concepts in an effective and engaging manner and helps his students to develop fundamental reading comprehension and calculation skills for confidence in the classroom as well as everyday life.

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Education)

Maria is currently studying towards a double degree in Science and Teaching from the University of New South Wales. She has extensive experience tutoring both Primary and Secondary level students, particularly in Mathematics and the Sciences. Maria works especially well with struggling students, as she takes the time to ease any confusion and doubt that they might be feeling towards the course material and simplifies concepts for them. It is very important to her that they have a strong foundation. She is patient and caring in her approach and goes above and beyond to ensure the success of her students.

Sandra

Sandra is currently studying her Ph.D. in Natural Science. She has worked as a scientist on various biochemistry projects and taught Biology, Chemistry and Science for students in grades 7-12. Sandra believes that an important aspect of Science is the connection between theory and practice. She enjoys breaking down concepts to their simplest forms so students can better understand and retain the knowledge.

Mario completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 96.80. He completed his flexible double degree at the Australian National University, graduating with a Bachelor of Philosophy, Politics and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology and minoring in English Literature) in 2020. Mario has been tutoring since 2017 and has tutored students in a wide range of subjects, from Chemistry to Literature. Mario aims to deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons to students of all abilities to help them achieve and exceed their academic goals.

Roger has over 30 years of teaching experience and is a Science Teacher who has also taught Mathematics for Years 7-10. He has experience teaching in both Australia and overseas and has taught through Distance Education. Roger has been tutoring Secondary students for many years, mainly in Science. Roger is confident in developing teaching activities that incorporate differentiated strategies to meet specific learning needs of students across the full range of abilities.
