Amanda

VIC Teacher

Amanda is a qualified Teacher with 10 years of teaching experience with Primary students in all years in the United Kingdom. She has been tutoring Primary students in Australian since 2018, including preparation for NAPLAN. Amanda is trained in how to extend and challenge gifted children and has experience with special needs children and understands the importance of making sure that work is adapted for her students in order to help them thrive and achieve their full potential.

Nancy has over 15 years' experience as an Integration Aide within Primary schools in relation to assisting children with special needs and learning difficulties, and can also attribute experience in a Language Support Program (Speech/Language) within a school setting. Nancy is a committed and dedicated Tutor who brings a student-centred approach to her sessions.

Amy has been working as a fully qualified and registered Teacher for fifteen years. She has taught both Primary and Secondary aged students subjects such as English, Maths, Art, Film studies, Drama, P.E. and EAL (English as an additional language). She has worked as a Teacher in Victoria, Western Australia and in Northern Territory. Amy loves teaching students and being part of the learning process. She is very patient and understanding and can work with each student's individual learning style in order to assist them with their school work and help them improve their academic skills. She can help students gain confidence in their academic abilities and help them to become very competent at completing their school work as well as enjoying the learning process.

Sneha completed her Western Australia Certificate of Education in 2017, achieving an ATAR of 98.80. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Western Australia. She's been working as a Teaching Assistant for over 5 years, working with students in years 2-10 in Literacy and Numeracy. She's also privately tutored Senior Secondary students. Sneha is an energetic, friendly Tutor that brings enthusiasm to her students.

Sandra is currently studying her Ph.D. in Natural Science. She has worked as a scientist on various biochemistry projects and taught Biology, Chemistry and Science for students in grades 7-12. Ryan is currently a PhD candidate in Chemistry at the University of Western Australia. He has 8 years of chemistry experience and has published peer reviewed articles in the field. Ryan is driven to inspire his students to achieve both their personal and academic goals.

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Engineering)

Arya completed high school at the Queensland Academy For Science, Mathematics and Technology (International Baccalaureate) in 2020, with a score of 44/45, equivalent to an ATAR of 99.75 continuing on with studying her Bachelor of Engineering. She has experience as a private Tutor to secondary students in English, Mathematics and Science. Arya believes in building a trusting tutor-student relationship so that the student can be comfortable in being wrong and open about their struggles. She understands that each child has their own learning pace and keeps this in mind when tutoring.

She is currently working as a Laboratory Demonstrator at the Central Queensland University. Fiona is a passionate Tutor, interested in engaging in the many facets and intricacies of Chemistry and passing the knowledge onto her students.
