She has worked as a Primary Teacher for over a year and has been private tutoring in person during 2020. Ashlee is currently studying a double degree of a Bachelor of Education (Primary R-7) with a Bachelor of Arts. As part of studies she has completed 3 placements and has continued volunteering at 2 of the schools. She has experience with children with special learning needs, and gifted students. Ashlee has a passion for helping students learn in a safe, non-judgemental environment. She believes that a welcoming environment promotes engaged learning. She works alongside every student to help them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Bianca is a qualified Teacher, holding her Masters of Teaching (Primary) as well as her Graduate Diploma Teaching (Primary). Bianca completed placements as part of her studies with Years 3, 5 and Foundation. She worked as a Casual Relief Teacher during 2017 with all Primary years and as a Classroom Teacher between years 2017 and 2020 across Years 2, 4, 5 and 6. Bianca fosters a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment to provide each student with rich, personalised learning experiences aligned to their needs.

Nicola completed her Masters of Teaching (Primary) at the University of New England and has been in the education sector for 30 years. She has extensive experience as a Primary Teacher, across all years and believes in fostering an encouraging and stimulating learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions, and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Annica

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Education (Secondary))

Annica is currently completing a Bachelor of Science and Education (Secondary) at the University of NSW. She has experience as an Assistant Teacher in a university robotics program and as an academic Tutor in Math and Chemistry. Annica is patient, encouraging and helps build confidence in all her students.

Hassan

Hassan graduated High School in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 91.10. He then went on to commence his Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. During High School he volunteered to tutor students in Years 7-12 in Mathematics, English and the Sciences. He also has experience with online tutoring with Victorian Certificate of Education students in Mathematics. Hassan's passion lies in assisting students with, not only learning mathematical concepts, but also realising that they are capable of a lot more than they initially believe. He is a strong believer in everybody having the capacity for greatness. Everyone learns in a unique way and he feels that one of the most rewarding aspects of tutoring is adapting to each student and helping them get the most out of their education.

Samuel is currently studying his Bachelor of Science with a major in Plant Science and a minor in Analytical Chemistry, achieving a High Distinction in Chemistry A & B. Samuel also has experience as a Music Teacher. Samuel has a passion for the Sciences and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work.

Tera completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 98.05 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences (Advanced) at University of Adelaide. Tera tries to develop sessions that engage and challenge his students and hopes to inspire his students to become life-long learners.  

Emanuelle

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours))

Emanuelle (Emma) graduated High School, achieving an ATAR of 96.5, and is now studying her Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. She has experience tutoring Maths Methods to peers in high school, scoring 19/20 in this subject in her Victorian Certificate of Education. Emma has always wanted to help other students achieve their academic goals, inspired by her tutors in the past and how much their guidance and support have contributed to her accomplishments. She hopes to pass on her acquired knowledge and support with the same patience and understanding her tutors provided her with.

Joshua

Joshua has been working as a private Mathematics Tutor since 2008, with students in Prep to Year 10. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology) and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science (Medicinal Chemistry) with First Class Honours. Joshua is also a Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Monash University. Joshua provides a positive and engaging learning environment for his students.

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics)

Sourish completed the International Baccalaureate with a score of 37/45, equivalent to an ATAR score of 95.45. He took part in a mentoring program for Primary school students for 9 months and carried out Year 12 tutoring for over a year in the subjects of Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. He plans to complete Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics. Sourish strives to deliver content in a personalised way to ensure maximum understanding in an interactive environment so that it aligns with students learning at school.
