Emily is currently completing a Bachelor of Primary Education at Swinburne University of Technology, where she has completed her LANTITE test. She is kind, enthusiastic and has a strong passion for Literacy and Numeracy. Emily aims to help all her students obtain their educational goals.

WA Teacher

Joy is a qualified Teacher, currently studying her Masters of Primary Teaching. As part of her studies she has completed various practicums with Primary students, giving her experience with special learning needs students. Since 2020 she has been volunteering as a Teacher Assistant. Joy is an approachable, dedicated Tutor and has a passion for inspiring students and supporting them to be the best version of themselves. Joy enjoys working with Primary school aged children as they continue to develop their identity, show interest in learning, and form their own ideas about various concepts.

Latisha

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Education)

Latisha is currently studying a bachelor of Education and has experience working with Primary students. With experience tutoring students in Math and English, Latisha is passionate about helping students develop their foundational literacy and numeracy skills as they work towards acquiring educational independence. Latisha believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions and feels that all students can reach their potential.

Martina

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Dental Health Science / Master of Dentistry)

Martina completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 97.20 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Dental Health Science/ Master of Dentistry at Griffith University. Martina is passionate about helping students develop their key literacy and numeracy skills for life-long use, as they work towards acquiring educational independence. She believes that with support and lessons tailored to meet their individual learning style, all children can succeed at school and reach their full potential.

Angela

ACT University Student (Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of International Relations)

Angela completed the International Baccalaureate Program in 2018, with a top ATAR equivalent. She is currently working towards a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of International Relations. Angela is an astute math tutor and help's students to realise their potential.

Si Yu

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Engineering)

Si Yu graduated high school in 2021 with an ATAR of 97.80, planning to go on to study Engineering at university. Si Yu enjoys the process of problem solving and applying learnt knowledge and hopes to share this passion with his students to help them achieve their academic goals.

Kanika

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Commerce)

Kanika completed her International Baccalaureate in 2019, scoring 42/45, equivalent to an ATAR of 99.2. She then went on to commence her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wale. She helped her peers with their studies while at High School and has done formal tutoring since in the subjects of Maths, Physics and English. Kanika in confident in tailoring her lessons to meet the requirements of each student. She is determined to help students realise their academic potential and achieve their learning goals through her supportive, reliable, and personalised lessons.

Jeremy

NSW Teacher

Jeremy is a qualified, accredited Teacher and has completed a Bachelor of Secondary Education and Science (Mathematics) at the University of New South Wales in 2020. He has worked as a Mathematics Tutor, including online tutoring since 2016. Jeremy prides himself on his strong communication skills and ability to sympathize with his students. He has a passion for problem-solving and helping students work through problems critically, with a holistic methodology. Jeremy is proud to be able to share his passion through the medium of teaching.

Akshay

VIC University Student (PhD (Applied Mathematics))

Akshay completed his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with honours in 2016 followed by his Masters Degree in Mathematics and Computing in 2018. He then commenced his PhD in Applied Mathematics at Swinburne University of Technology. Akshay has experience in tutoring Mathematics to Years 2-12. Akshay has a passion for fostering learning and analytical thinking, and prepares lesson plans to challenge his students.

Oi Man

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Science (Honours))

Sherlly completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2019 at The University of Melbourne, followed by commencing her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry the following year. In 2016 she has tutored students in years 7-10 in Science, Mathematics and English after school and currently she is an Academic Assistant to tutor for Chemistry to undergrad students at university, online with groups up to 30. Sherryn

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours))

Sherryn is a university student currently studying a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland. She has previous tutoring experience, working with pre-school, primary and high school students. Sherryn is very patient, friendly and fluent in both English and Mandarin. She currently tutors Maths and Chemistry.

Fiona Jing Fang

QLD University Student (PhD)

Fiona Jing Fang (Fiona) is currently completing her PhD at the University of Rockhampton, having completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in 2012. She is currently working as a Laboratory Demonstrator at the Central Queensland University. Fiona is a passionate Tutor, interested in engaging in the many facets and intricacies of Chemistry and passing the knowledge onto her students.

Jeevika

Jeevika graduated High School with an ATAR of 99.05. During her time at school she tutored fellow students in different age groups with Mathematics. Jeevika is adept in building solid relationships with her students and is committed to helping them to achieve their best through their learning journey.

Jack

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Science)

Jack completed High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 98.75 and is now completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne. Jack believes that his experience with remote learning throughout 2020 and 2021 has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of remote learning and knowing what works and what does not. He believes that he has a strong understanding of how to help make virtual learning more impactful and meaningful for his students with the ability to inspire them with their studies.

Ziang

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Biomedicine)

Ziang (Ocean) completed his Western Australian High Certificate of Education in 2018, achieving an ATAR of 99.90, going on to study his Bachelor of Biomedicine at The University of Melbourne. Between 2019-2020 he was a Peer Mentor at university as well as volunteering as an online Physics Tutor, helping first year students. Ziang is passionate about helping and inspiring his students.

Nishmi

NSW University Student (Commerce and Advanced Science (Honours))

Nishmi completed her HSC in 2018 with an ATAR of 93. She is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Science (Honours) majoring in Financial Economics and Chemistry from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of UNSW Women in Technology, which is one of the largest student societies at UNSW and helps lead the Events Committee. She has experience with being a student mentor in High School, as well as tutoring Secondary level Math and Science. Nishmi is deeply passionate about working with students and providing them with the tools to empower themselves to be successful.

Brendon

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Computer Science / Bachelor of Media Arts)

Brendon completed his Higher School Certificate in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 98.80, going on to commence his Bachelor of Computer Science/Media Arts. He has experience as a formal face-to-face Tutor primarily in English. During his time in High School he also organised mentoring sessions for his peers to expand their knowledge and skills in preparation for their Higher School Certificate, mostly in Chemistry and Physics. Brendon hopes to share his knowledge to help others achieve the same success he has had.
