Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary English focuses on developing students' literacy skills with in-depth studies of Shakespeare and essay structure in the early years, and deeper analysis of different texts and topics in Years 9 and 10. Our personalised approach gives you the opportunity to focus on areas you find challenging and maximise your understanding of each topic.

NSW University Student (Bachelor of International Studies)

Eliva completed her Bachelor of International Studies in 2020, majoring in International Relations and minoring in German Language at the University of New South Wales followed by commencing her Masters of Creative Writing. She plans to commence her Masters of Fine Arts in Writing & Performance at the National Institute Of Dramatic Arts in 2021. She has also volunteered as a tutor abroad in International Studies. Eliva is passionate about empowering students to be creative and to do their best in whatever they wish to achieve.

Michelle completed her Higher School Certificate in 2017, achieving an ATAR 95.8 and is now studying her Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Honours). She has experience as a Tutor helping students at the University of Sydney. Michelle is approachable and compassionate in the way she mentors her students which allows for supportive conversations where they can confide in her and seek advice.
