Glenn is a qualified, accredited Teacher who holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Mathematics & Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Education (Mathematics & Religious Education) and a Certificate of Faculty Administration (Mathematics). He has 33 years teaching experience in Catholic (Independent) Schools, 27 of those years as Head of Faculty (Mathematics). He was the Chief Judge for High School Certificate Mathematics for 8 years and Higher School Certificate Marker for 9 years. Glenn believes that his experience with a range of students has equipped him to understand different methods to communicate topics to his students. He believes in being concise but clear in his explanations when teaching.

In 2020 he commenced his Bachelor of Science, Computing and Software Systems at the University of Melbourne. He has experience private tutoring a year 10 student in Mathematics and has been part of a youth program to Primary students.
