Our Year 12 Mathematical Methods program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the TAS Syllabus. Students build on their understanding of differential calculus to discover the link to integration and build mastery of the various techniques and their applications. Trigonometric functions are developed to include sketching and applications of inverse trigonometric functions.
Our Year 12 Mathematics Advanced program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the NSW Syllabus. Students develop graphical techniques such as transformations of various functions including trigonometric functions. Students also learn further calculus techniques which help to describe the behaviour of graphs and functions as well as solve optimisation problems.
Our Year 12 Mathematical Methods program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the SA/NT Syllabus. Students build on their understanding of differential calculus to discover the link to integration and build mastery of the various techniques and their applications. Students also study the logarithmic function and its derivative.
Our Year 12 General Mathematics program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the TAS Syllabus. Students examine methods to analyse bivariate data within real-world contexts. Students also develop an awareness of the relationships between different countries through a study of Earth geometry.
Our Year 12 Mathematical Methods program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the VIC Syllabus. Students examine the properties and graphs of linear, polynomial, inverse, exponential and logarithmic functions. Trigonometric functions are developed to include special identities.
