Our Year 11 Mathematics Advanced program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the NSW Syllabus. As part of our program, students investigate graphical relationships of functions and relations. The study of trigonometry is further explored with the introduction of reciprocal functions and special identities.

**Mathematics** Extension 1 **Year 11**

Our Year 11 Mathematics Extension 1 program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the NSW Syllabus. As part of our program, students develop algebraic and geometric strategies to solve inequalities. Inverse function and parametric form of a function is defined and applied to solve a range of questions.

Our Year 11 Mathematics Standard program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the NSW Syllabus. As part of our program, students explore the application of linear relationships and measurement to problems with real-world application. Students also develop an awareness of the relationships between different countries through a study of Earth geometry.

Our Year 11 General Mathematics program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the TAS Syllabus. Students build on their understanding of financial mathematics. We introduce the fundamental skills of working with matrices and provide practice to help students build mastery.

Our Year 11 Mathematical Methods program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the TAS Syllabus. Students examine the properties and graphs of linear, polynomial, inverse, exponential and logarithmic functions. Trigonometric functions are developed to include special identities.
