Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Kim is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at the University of Melbourne. A high achiever, she graduated from secondary school with an ATAR of 97.85. Outside of her studies, she enjoys teaching piano and drama, and as an extroverted person, she is active in her community and volunteering for causes she is passionate about. Kim is focused on making learning a positive experience for students by creating a judgment-free zone where the student's needs and goals are at the centre of the sessions.

When she isn't supporting young learners as a tutor, Monica is writing her latest novel. As a fervent reader, she hopes to inspire a similar passion for literature in her students.
Chantelle
NSW Teacher

Chantelle is a qualified Teacher holding a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Education and minor in English and a Diploma of Secondary Education with a minor in English. She began working as an English Teacher in 2015 and has also worked as a Diverse Learning Teacher. Chantelle strives to identify her students learning goals and develop their skills and understanding in order to achieve beyond their self-established expectations. She is confident in meeting the learning needs of all students through creating inclusive, differentiated and positive learning experiences.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary Maths focuses on developing students’ numeracy skills with algebraic techniques and properties of geometrical figures in Years 7 and 8, and functions, indices and data analysis in Years 9 and 10.
