Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary English focuses on developing students' literacy skills with in-depth studies of Shakespeare and essay structure in the early years, and deeper analysis of different texts and topics in Years 9 and 10. Our personalised approach gives you the opportunity to focus on areas you find challenging and maximise your understanding of each topic.

Alice completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 91.65 and is currently studying a Masters of Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education at Deakin University. Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary Maths focuses on developing students’ numeracy skills with algebraic techniques and properties of geometrical figures in Years 7 and 8, and functions, indices and data analysis in Years 9 and 10. Grant is a qualified, accredited Teacher. He completed his Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) in 2007 at the University of Wollongong and has since been working as a classroom and casual Teacher. Grant believes that Teachers play a vital role in helping to shape young minds and enjoys sharing his knowledge and practice as he plays his part in trying to provide the best possible education to students.
Hassan
Mathematics: Secondary & Senior
Hassan graduated High School in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 91.10. He then went on to commence his Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. During High School he volunteered to tutor students in Years 7-12 in Mathematics, English and the Sciences. He also has experience with online tutoring with Victorian Certificate of Education students in Mathematics. Hassan's passion lies in assisting students with, not only learning mathematical concepts, but also realising that they are capable of a lot more than they initially believe. He is a strong believer in everybody having the capacity for greatness. Everyone learns in a unique way and he feels that one of the most rewarding aspects of tutoring is adapting to each student and helping them get the most out of their education.

Georgia has a background in Engineering having worked in this field for several years, and is now studying her Master of Secondary Teaching specialising in Mathematics.
