Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Aaron is a qualified, accredited Teacher, holding a Master of Teaching (Secondary). He has been a high school Teacher for 5 years, and is currently working as Casual Relief Teacher. Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary Maths focuses on developing students’ numeracy skills with algebraic techniques and properties of geometrical figures in Years 7 and 8, and functions, indices and data analysis in Years 9 and 10. Nicholas

Mathematics: Secondary
Nicholas graduated high school in 2020 with an ATAR of 98.45, going on to commence his Commerce and Engineering (Hons) at The University of Sydney. Since 2019 he has been privately tutoring students in subjects including Chemistry and Mathematics Methods. Nicholas is eager to support all types of students. He aims to build confidence and skills in struggling learners and is skilled in applying effective teaching methods to inspire growth and achieve progress.

Habiba is a qualified Teacher, holding her Graduate Diploma of Teaching and her Master of Education. She has also completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science and currently works as a Mathematics and Statistics Lecturer. Between 2008 and 2010 she worked an Academic Tutor for first year university students in Mathematics. Habib's aims is to improve student learning and enhancing educational development in an environment that is fun, active and pro-educational.
