Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary English focuses on developing students' literacy skills with in-depth studies of Shakespeare and essay structure in the early years, and deeper analysis of different texts and topics in Years 9 and 10. Callum completed his Victorian Certificate of Education in 2019, achieving an ATAR: 96. He went on to study his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance at the University of Melbourne. Callum has worked in Primary schools delivering Physical Education workshops and currently works delivering quality vision impaired sports experiences to schools. He has History tutoring experience with Years 7-12. Callum is a strong communicator who can assist students with preparation to navigate through the complexities of assessments and exams to optimise results. His strengths lie in helping students prioritise important work/content and provides tips from his own experience as a student to ensure they can achieve their goals.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary Maths focuses on developing students’ numeracy skills with algebraic techniques and properties of geometrical figures in Years 7 and 8, and functions, indices and data analysis in Years 9 and 10. Our personalised approach gives you the opportunity to focus on areas you find challenging and maximise your understanding of each topic.

Ronlee has five years of experience tutoring English and Maths at Primary and Secondary level.
