Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Based on the Australian National Curriculum for Years 7-10, Cluey’s approach to secondary English focuses on developing students' literacy skills with in-depth studies of Shakespeare and essay structure in the early years, and deeper analysis of different texts and topics in Years 9 and 10. Our personalised approach gives you the opportunity to focus on areas you find challenging and maximise your understanding of each topic.

Samaita graduated in 2018 with an ATAR of 90.6 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. Samaita has experience tutoring and is passionate about helping students develop their oral and written communication skills as they work towards achieving their educational goals. Samaita believes in fostering an encouraging and stimulating learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions, and feels that with the right support, students can reach their potential.

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Science (Honours))

Kit completed his Bachelor of Science (Honours), majoring in Biochemistry in 2019 at the University of Queensland. During his university time, Kit would assist fellow university students as well as running sessions to Primary and Secondary students. He aims to deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons to students of all abilities to help them achieve and exceed their academic goals.

VIC Teacher

Robert is an experienced teacher with a double degree in Arts and Teaching. He has taught generalist middle school subjects to years 5-8 for much of his career (Maths, English, History, Geography, Science, Technology) and has also taught from Prep to Year 8 students in the past. Robert's favourite subjects are Maths, English and Civics (part of HASS). He enjoys camping, playing video games and running in his spare time.
Rolanda

Rolanda is a first year Medicine student, she graduated in 2019 with an ATAR of 99+ and has experience tutoring through to volunteering during her High School years to teach those younger and less fortunate. Rolanda is passionate about creating an environment where her students feel comfortable and start to gain a love for learning. Through her own experience in studying for selective school exams and her HSC, she is able to understand and facilitate the problem areas where students may lack in to achieve their best.

Thirukkumaran is currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine at Monash University. He is passionate about learning and teaching and has past experience tutoring Primary and Secondary students.
