Here’s what parents and students around Australia are saying about Cluey Learning:

Kate Obermayer

Very happy with the quality of this tutoring service. It was perfect for my 10 year old son. My daughter in year 2 didn't find it was useful, she was too shy to use the online learning, but for my son is its great. Our tutor John is lovely - kind, patient, takes the time to explain maths concepts. I'd recommend it for sure.

Cluey's (Maths) program is great! Initially I was not sure how my daughter (year 4) will respond to Cluey but after the first session she was already excited for the next session. While the program is structured to quickly pace through key concepts, matching my child with an appropriate group (2-3 kids per group so far) was probably the most critical piece they achieved easily. All sessions are recorded which makes returning to the concepts covered and issues that arose during the live session to be revised/reviewed more easily. Sometimes the online experience struggles when a kid has incorrectly placed mic/speaker but the online platform itself is very easy to understand - especially after my child had to spend the time schooling online from home during the pandemic! I think it would be useful if they provide more homework (currently my daughter only had 6 follow-up questions to work through) but I can work out what concepts they are addressing so I can create similar questions for her too. They have an excellent customer service team who action our requests and queries promptly and professionally.

Alison McKay

My 10yo daughter needed some help revisiting and really understanding some foundation concepts in Maths & English from year 4. I researched different tutoring options and trialled a couple. The one we stuck with was Cluey. My daughter likes both of her tutors and keenly sets up her working space prior to each session. She is finding it difficult but preserving with the tutore much more than she would when I've tried to help. The tutors are so patient and kind and encouraging. I really like the online system for the sessions, but also the reports and homework in The Hib. Every interaction I've had on the phone with the Customer Experience team has been great. I'd highly recommend Cluey, great investment in your child's education!

Convenient

Cluey has provided us with a convenient way for our year 4 son to build confidence in Maths and English. His tutors are so patient and understanding and reports are received almost immediately his session ends.

My son is in year 6 and he has just completed the 4 week trial doing maths and english. He has thoroughly enjoyed the sessions online and found the learning to be both helpful and fun. He has told me he would like to continue with Cluey's weekly programme which I am happy about as my concern was that he would dread Tuesday evenings. Very Happy!

So far so good

My daughter who is in year 5, has had three 1-1 remote lessons with an English and maths teacher. Both teachers appear very knowledgeable. My daughter is once again excited about learning and feels more confident as a result of these lessons. The online platform the kids use during the session is intuitive and ease to use. The feedback sent after the lesson is great to ensure parents are across what was done during the lesson.

Can no fault cluey

My son In year 6 is dyslexic and cluey are able to help Jim in a way he can understand. I've even signed my child in year 9 for tutoring.
