Year 11 EAL
Achieve your best as you study in detail the texts, concepts and skills that matter most to success in Senior English. You will read and respond to literary and other texts, analyse diverse representations of the world, and strengthen your own skills in the expression of your creative ideas and insights. From working with everyday texts in their many forms to exploring in depth specific works of poetry, drama, fiction, nonfiction, film and new media, you'll grow as a learner with Cluey there to support you.

Arden graduated in 2016 with an ATAR of 98 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Arts, with a major in History and minor in Political Science. Arden has experience as a tutor and is passionate about helping students develop their critical analysis skills as they derive meaning from great texts, and helping them work towards acquiring educational independence. Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
