Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?

NAPLAN is different from regular classwork

Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.

Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.

Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, NAPLAN is primarily used as a benchmarking tool, taking a snapshot of how school children across the country are tracking in terms of the literacy and numeracy skills that we believe are essential for their progress. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

In the past she worked with children and teenagers as a trained Peer Counsellor and as a Psychology Intern at a Children's hospital. Sansckriti aims to provide an empathetic, student-oriented experience that is supportive and empowering.

Mark holds a Certificate IV in Education Support and currently works as a Learning Support Officer, working with years 7 to 12 students in English, Mathematics, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Science in a permanent position, as well as working casually as a Teacher Aide/Education Support Worker with Primary and Secondary students. Mark is a confident Tutor bringing a wealth of knowledge and strong communication skills to his sessions.

Acushla completed her Diploma of Children's Services in 2012. She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Early Years Education (Birth to 8 years) in 2015, followed by her Masters in Contemporary Education Leadership. She has been teaching Primary for 4 years, from prep to year 5 students in all subjects.
